Existing Conditions Surveying
Our team uses our scanners to capture existing conditions, perform construction verification inspections, and utilize as the basis for as-built condition documentation.
We then use the scans to collaborate in 3D, generate virtual walkthroughs, analyze dimensional and spatial information, coordinate existing systems, and leverage BIM technologies across all phases of a project and the life cycle of a space.
We design the land development and infrastructure systems that support the building campus, including grading and drainage systems, utility routing and site parking layouts.
Our work includes preparation of DEP Site Connection Proposals (formerly SD1/SD2), DOB Builders Pavement Plans, as well as DOT and Department of Parks and Recreation applications.
