Improving IAQ to Reduce COVID-19 Exposure

While we can’t eliminate COVID-19 from buildings, there are a number of practical steps that can be taken to reduce the potential exposure to harmful viruses to building occupants. We’ll review short-term solutions – including electrostatic cleaning, dilution ventilation, and maintenance for plumbing systems. These are steps that can be implemented even while buildings are unoccupied. We’ll also talk about longer-term investments associated with a building’s MEP equipment – including UVGI, PCO, and filtration. And we’ll answer the big questions: how much does this cost?
