Our Benefits

The health and well-being of our team matter the most to us. That’s why we offer a variety of medical, dental, and vision insurance options – so team members can choose the coverage that best fits their needs and lifestyle.

We support a healthy work-life balance by providing flexibility and time away from work. Specifically, team members working 30 or more hours per week receive flexible paid time off and accrue sick time, empowering them to take time away responsibly.

We help our team prepare for the future with a 401(k) plan through Principal. This includes a variety of investment options and tools to support long-term financial wellness.

We encourage a culture of continuous learning and teaching. Team members are encouraged to ask questions, seek new skills, and take advantage of educational resources and development opportunities offered by the company.

We offer benefits designed to support every stage of life, including parental leave, dependent care assistance, and other resources that help team members care for their families.

ESOP

WB’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) reflects the firm’s core value of extreme ownership by giving team members the opportunity to think and act like true company owners (because they are!). As the company grows, so does the value of each employee’s retirement account.

An ESOP is a tax-qualified retirement plan that provides eligible employees with shares of company stock at no cost. When they retire or leave WB, they receive the value of those shares, building long-term financial security while sharing in the company’s success.

What Our Team Loves The Most

I appreciate the flexibility of hybrid working. It allowed us to buy our first house further away from our office so we could afford the mortgage without the daily long commute.

WB has a culture of trust, flexibility, and mutual respect, where taking time to recharge is encouraged. It’s a place where your life outside of work is valued just as much as the contributions you make inside the office.

I started at WB right out of college and have learned so much by being trusted with new projects and real responsibility. There’s always support, but also a lot of trust, which makes it a great place to grow.
