We are starting the new year with a project news roundup!
First, 640 Columbia Street was highlighted in an article featuring projects led by Ware Malcomb. Our team is working closely with them to provide MEP/FP design services for the 370,000 sq. ft. industrial space located in Brooklyn. The space includes, warehouse and office space, two level of truck docks and a mezzanine with parking and an additional parking structure that will provide space for 184 vehicles for employees. The building is also being dubbed the ‘last mile’ distribution logistics for ecommerce due to its proximity to the New York Harbor and the NYC metro area. Diageo North America was featured as Crain’s New York winner for Coolest Amenities in their Coolest Offices in New York 2020 edition. The 87,000 sq. ft. space located on the 41st floor in 3 World Trade Center includes a fitness center, fully stocked bar to display their products, and multifunctional spaces for meetings. Our team provided special inspections services for the project, which confirms the MEP systems are installed as they were designed on behalf of the NYC DOB.
