Starting off in the West Coast, the Valley Tech office/R&D campus is being transformed into new life science complex called, BioSquare Silicon Valley. Our team is working closely with Blue Rise Ventures to provide MEP/FP engineering design upgrades for the seven-building 464,000 sq. ft. campus. This will be a multi-phase project with construction slated to begin in early 2021.

John Snow Inc.’s Boston office has been completed! Spanning across seven floors, this 63,000 sq. ft. space includes flexible conference rooms that can accommodate a variety of team members. It was important to create more shared spaces and limit the number of private offices, benching was also incorporated to provide temporary seating for traveling team members. Our team worked closely with Margulies Perruzzi to provide MEP/FP engineering for this new headquarters.
