Our Projects in the News

We love wrapping up the week with exciting project news! This week we are highlighting three projects below:

Publicis Groupe has been recognized as one of The Architecture MasterPrize winners for Workplace Interiors! Our team worked closely with Elkus Manfredi Architects to provide MEP/FP engineering design, as well as, IT and Security consulting services for the 175,000 sq. ft. space. The eleven floors include an open ceiling design with a flexible layout for furniture, pantry, meeting spaces, IDF rooms and additional specialty spaces. It was important to Publicis Groupe to include their vision of ‘The Power of One’ in the aesthetic of their finished design.

Fun fact: We’ve also designed Publicis Groupe’s San Francisco office! You can read more here.

Courtyard by Marriott at McHenry Row won the 2020 AIA Central Pennsylvania Excellence in Design Citation Award! Our team provided MEP/FP engineering along with commissioning services for the 85,000 sq. ft. hotel.  This project was a ground up development adjacent to the Inner Harbor of Baltimore that includes 126 rooms, a fitness facility along with indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. The eight-floor building was designed and awarded LEED Silver certification.

Silversmith Capital Partners was featured as one of this week’s project highlights for IA Interior Architects. Their new workplace is located at 116 Huntington Avenue in Boston, where we have extensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering experience within the building. This 27,000 sq. ft. renovation included two floors of workspace that includes a café on each floor.
