Masks & COVID-19
It is important that we should all assume we are asymptomatic (without symptoms, no fever, etc.) carriers of COVID-19. Wearing a mask helps minimize the spread of airborne virus particles. Research has shown that wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) can significantly reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
The graphic below illustrates four different scenarios and the risks associated with each of them. We highly encourage and recommend that you wear a mask to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
