Management listens and most importantly acts to improve – they take ownership of “Improving the Way Things Are Done” – examples: updating Revit templates, updating technology (like the giant curved monitors and scanning)Family. Love the folks in our DC office and our WaffleWednesdays, Mandatory Fun Cornhole Fridays, etc.Interoffice collaboration. While this is still very much a work in progress, it’s nice to know that we can rely on others in the company for expertise and if need be, eyes/ears/face to represent our counterparts company. One WB!
