Headquarters Hotel

Completing a renovation without affecting hotel operations

Renovating a hotel usually means that the work has to be done in strategic phases so as to not interrupt hotel operations. That was certainly the case for this project which was done in five phases. The renovation included improvements to the lobby, two large ballrooms, and meeting rooms.

To accommodate the new ceiling structure, WB adjusted and updated the existing mechanical and electrical systems. We also surveyed the sprinkler layout and made the system adjustments needed to provide code compliance.

In addition, we provided telecommunications and audio visual design for the public spaces. This included the design of telephone and data connections, as well as A/V speakers, amplifiers and microphone mixer systems.
