Ericsson

A collaboration from lease review through CA

Some clients may not think to get their engineering firm involved as early as the lease review stage, but those that do are always glad that they did. Ericsson certainly was.

We worked with Ericsson on their corporate consolidation and fit-out project. During the lease review, our team reviewed the technical aspects of the least to verify that the location that they selected would be able to meet their power requirements.

One thing that made this project memorable was the logistics of the teamwork. The decision makers were located in California. The management team was local. The primary architect was in Chicago. The Project Manager was in Philadelphia. The majority of the project was done entirely through conference calls, with us never meeting the various players. With the professionalism and the dedication of the team, we made it work. And even delivered the project on schedule.
