The key to this project’s success? Adaptability

One thing that we’ve learned about working on major strategic initiatives for our clients is that we have to be adaptable to change.

This project included the disposition and network infrastructure separation of 310,000 sq. ft. as well as the 60,000 sq. ft. renovation of a separate location to house the relocated employees.

Due to changing market conditions in Washington DC, Verizon’s budget changed multiple times during the preliminary planning phase of this project. To address these budget changes, we provided Verizon with numerous schematic designs, cost estimates and executive approval presentations.

Once the project had final approval, we consulted on the mechanical and electrical capital improvements necessary to complete the separation of the existing network infrastructure.
