Atria Renovation

Renovating without impacting the social lives of some very important residents

There are some projects that we love to get involved in because of the human factor – we love to be able to share our expertise when it helps improve the personal comfort of our clients. For Atria’s Great Neck facility, we helped renovate some of the existing public areas.

It was important that the facility be fully operational throughout the construction, so it was completed in stages. For the first stage we upgraded the MEP systems serving the bar area. We also designed new systems for the expansion of the main dining room and the addition of a new theater and grill area.

For the second stage of the project, we designed new MEP systems for the new location for the pool/game room as well as the salon. We also designed systems for a new private dining room.
