An energy study in two phases

WB has had a great relationship with Albanese Organization over the years, and worked on many due diligence and fit-out projects for them in Garden City, NY.

For the first phase of this particular project, we completed a due diligence study to determine the best - in terms of financial viability - option for replacing the existing HVAC equipment, including the addition of a new BMS. We considered several options for the project and completed an energy study for each option being considered. Based on a comparison of the installation costs with the operating costs, we were able to make a recommendation to Albanese for the best solution.

We love it when we get to move from study to design on projects, and in this case we did. In the second phase, we prepared construction documents and specifications for the replacement and modifications to the HVAC systems. The project had great results - Albanese was not only happy with their new systems, they were happy with the savings realized by upgrading what they had.
